3. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- 50% balance due upon project completion
- All payments are non-refundable
- Late payments subject to 5% monthly fee
We accept payment via bank transfer, check, or approved credit cards. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Project Timeline
Our standard website development process takes approximately 5 weeks from project initiation to launch. Timeline may vary based on:
- Project complexity and scope
- Client feedback and revision cycles
- Third-party integrations required
- Content preparation and approval
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary content and materials
- Maintain open communication throughout the project
- Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
- Provide access to necessary accounts and credentials
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of:
- Final website design and code
- Custom graphics and images created for the project
- Content written specifically for the project
Ohio Valley Digital retains rights to:
- Portfolio usage of completed work
- Reusable code libraries and frameworks
- Design concepts not used in final deliverables
7. Limitation of Liability
Ohio Valley Digital's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for work completed to date
- Ohio Valley Digital delivers completed work
- Both parties return any confidential materials
